A teenage boy was watching a yesteryear bollywood movie TRISHUL starring Amitabh Bachhan
and others. All of sudden in movie, he sees AB placing billboard of SHANTI CONSTRUCTIONS with
lot of deep emotions.
Something just triggered in the mind of this boy, he got a bud originated in him that wanted him
to create homes.
Very filmy, but, that’s the reality ..
Desire started taking shape while passing schooling and there this boy took up civil engineering
for his graduation. Being focused on his journey, he went ahead to do his Masters in Business
Administration.
Started his first, on construction site, job in 2007. There he got his first hand experience of
managing a construction site. State of Maharashtra has a category of “Unemployed Engineer” for
small civil work contracts for variety of works. This guy explored the facets of working with govt.
organizations like PWD, Zilla Parishad, etc and thereby gained the confidence of dealing with
stubborn working cultures to his advantage.
Seeing this developing confidence & childhood passion taking concrete decisions in a 27 year old
guy; his family financially helped him take his first baby step towards his dreams.
